I bodybuilder Workout by Thib coach

What do you think of this kind of workout (if I don't take care of all its Indigo Supps)?

Is this really a good workout to grow? Otherwise, for you, what is the best kind of training? (Beeing ON or OFF)

I checked on this a bit- and there are some quotes that speak for themselves:

"Christian gained 27 pounds of muscle in 6 weeks, and was doing seated overhead presses with 375 pound for 5 cluster reps."

Sebastien gained 20 pounds of muscle in 8 weeks and added 100 pounds to his front squat, while cutting body fat for the bodybuilding contest.

    What a loads of bullshit.
5X5 or HST as more basic, or 5/3/1 or DC training all have lot of feedback and followers
otherwise- I would better ask Burly or some of the powerlifters from forum for advice, these "training coaches books" have only one thing in mind:

Agree indeed and thank you for coming back in 80's with ABBA song :-)

5x5 seems to be a good pgm. I will check on the web to find some training samples. I want to do several exercises for each muscle and don't like pgms which only advice squat, deadlift, pushpress and bench press.

Today, my standard workout is to do 4x10 or 3x10 reps with about 4 exercices/muscle.

Still waiting for other kind of good workout programs... If you have hyperlinks, it'd be great

As for 5X5 its very versatile program- it basically skeleton program on which you can add some isolation or other exercise and you can combine it with "Tabatha" or HIIT easily or even with martial arts training, I see it as kind-of program that is in between low and high volume trainings

These are more strenght orientated but mass will come as well:
