This is good..I may run this for the next two weeks intraworkout and at night..

I started doing my conditioning training for my upcoming comp...my strength is at the top of my division and my conditioning..well that is probably near the bottom. I need to find a happy medium..Hoping BCAA's , taurine, and some other tricks I have up my sleeve to mimic EPO works in time LOL
