Alright back day was pretty good. Did the same workout for the most part, minus bent over DB rows.

Yesterday was leg day. I ended up doings sets of 3 with 275-295. Felt good and the weight wasn't to heavy but my knee started killing me after about my fifth set. I continued for about 2 more sets then just went and did some pull-ups and traps. I will make this leg day up later on in the week
