I appoligize for not updating daily but I been kinda busy throughout the hollidays.
Kept my diet pretty strict and been hitting the gym hard.

I am starting to see a little more strength gains. And the gains are lasting through my whole workout.
For example I hit 245 for 3 sets of 3 then was still able to hit 105 on DB bench.

Another increase I seen was shoulder press, I hit 75lb DB for 5 reps.

My appetite is crazy lol. I eat a big breakfast and 45 mins later I'm starving.
I have to eat before the gym or I feel like shit.
Today was the start of week 3
6 pills a day
I also started taking a fat burner to try to lean out a little
