Merry Christmas guys. I've only been reading the board for a while due to the birth of my twins. I think this time of the year is a good time to reflect on things and think off all of those things I am thankful for in life.

I for one and thankful for my kids and wife. They literally saved me from myself. Further they inspired me to quit smoking and stop drinking myself to death after years of self-hatred. Which led me to learn about lifting and health in general.

That lead me to Primordial Performance which lead me here. I am thankful for you guys and the advice I get directly and from reading every ones logs. Thank you gentlemen.
