It's that time of year again. Gearing up for the spring cut here in a few weeks. Just stocked up on some 11-oxo caps from Smart Powders, going to try running 1 gram/day while keeping calories at or slightly below maintenance with, of course, as clean food as possible. Question: What are somethings guys have done to effectively increase absorption through experience. I'm already planning on splitting dose 2-3 times a day and down it with a cup of grapefruit juice each time, but was just wondering what else, if anything, people have successfully tried.

Also, as I've read, it seems like at that high of a dose 11-oxo can sometimes cause a bit of lethargy (not good while cutting calories) so I'm also wondering if I should stack with someting to offset this. Dermacrine and/or epiandro come to mind. But I haven't tried 11-oxo at this dose and actually would be curious to see how it treats me solo.
