Before PN discontinued I was using this during every workout. I'd use a lot though... 20 to 30 grams at a time started drinking it 30 minutes prior to workout all the way to around the end of my workout. Then just followed up with a standard meal or if I was in a rush, a protein shake then a standard meal a bit later.

I mix it with gatorade powder and drink it intra/post.
