Not a great start because I'm fighting a ingrown tow nail and I've put on a bunch of water and fat.
I have my post Trest bloods just need to upload and post them.

Dug it out cut it and rinsed with alcohol and daily cleanings has been my treatment so far. Think I missed/left some behind and might have to get in there and yank that chunk out. Not sure how bad it is but I do well with pain and it just kinda hurts but the big toe is pretty big and red.

Ya I hate those bastards. If you break off a piece getting it out it continues to nag for days. If you doing cardio it just makes things very difficult.

Yeah its feeling a little better today so I hope it'll be downhill from here.
Cardio doesn't bug it much but using your toes as stabilizers will send some nice pain shooting up from your toe. Just doing what I can and keeping the weights light for now.

I'll try and get them posted today but I haven't had any problems with getting or staying hard at all.
