Do not dose Trest for an AM workout if you have to get to work after because you'll end up late due to the fact you won't/don't want to stop LIFTING....

Popped 2 caps this morning then hit a nice little circuit that went like this
Deads
225x10
Pull-ups
BWx10
45* hypers
BWx10

Did 10 rounds of that and called it good.

Trest is a beast of a preWO and gets you locked in and focused on getting shit done.

Now I'm here at work just waiting to pop 2 more caps before I head home at 4-5pm to hit another circuit but instead of deads it'll be SQUATS.
