Yes thanks. Did a post therapy VO2 Max test. Improved by an astonishing ~30% after all the pond scum was out of the lungs. I really noticed it when i went swimming this morning. Back on the grunt tomorrow

Supposed to be a one-off. But now, in order to make sure, I'm supposed to wear this industrial grade triple layer respiration mask if i go out on days they raise the yellow, red or black flags for dust pollution
