I placed and order a few weeks ago. The status showed pending for a good while. I sent a PM here and Rob replied immediately and told me one of the products I ordered was a pre-order which I didn't realize. He also gave me the date their shipment was to arrive. I sent another PM on Friday, the date the shipment was due to arrive, just to see if it would be coming in. Rob again replied immediately and said it was supposed to be there that day and said they would be working Saturday to make sure the orders went out. I was stunned to see my package Monday evening! Fantastic service and communication! I will order again from these fine folks!!!!

Yep, very pleased also. My delivery came yesterday and I guess we were probably waiting on the same product, so that's pretty good as I'm in the U.K.
Haven't done the math yet, but it appears a fair bit cheaper than if I bought the products in the U.K.
