i just want to shed some bodyfat, im already lean but i need a lil extra help

my appetite has already jumped the 2 days i been on this stuff, an ive only done 6 pills.......so i think im gonna stay with 6 a day 6 weeks

my diet is more higher fat, high protein, lower carbs.........but starting sunday im gonna really watch the Diet. I started this May 1 which is a thursday but i like to start diets on a Sunday.....first few days i just wanted to see how i would feel/react
