3. Forearms are trashed. Any time I pick up a barbell for curls, I get shooting pains, regardless of weight.

Suggestions for the forearm pain? It's shooting pain that is miserable when I set the weight down.
Too much extra curricular activity outside the gym... Need to let them rest
