I spent a little bit of time off in a hospital, came back in, hit a 365 bench, 115lb dumbell shoulder presses, and am unable to do leg work due to an injury. Really isn't a point in my hopping on the test/mast run as planned, I don't need to be any bigger. My shoulders are so big right now people are doing double takes when walking past me.
Deadlifted for the first time in a while today. 405x12 and stopped there to save up for the rest of my back workout. I think I could pull a set of 25 if I'm fresh.
Some things to note. Hit a 225x6 seated shoulder press. I want 315 dammit. That's my new goal, 315 seated in the next year.

You using straps on those? I have a hard time with deads over 315 for sets of 8+ with just chalk. Should probably just buy some straps.
