To sum up today, 120x8 flat dumbell bench no spot full ROM.
Tomorrow is my last training day before I move off to college. Big change in my life coming up. Gotta get my priorities straight and hoping lifting doesn't have to take a backburner.
Yeah. Don't party too much in college. I learned that lesson. You're there to learn. Also to fuck really hot sluttygirls, but also to learn. Should be classes, lifting, broads. But that's IMO. I didn't finish college because of partying and my options were certainly limited.
This college gym sucks.
got two workouts in so far.
Trying to keep the priorities in this order:
School
Friendship
Lifting
Partying on fridays
Damn, never gotten this much cardio in before. 3 miles to the gym.
So you're going to a gym nearby instead of the one the College has?

I'm up 8 pounds... Time to get this back on track. Made it into a private gym here so that's going to allow me to push myself more knowing that there's not people within 2 feet me in every single direction.
My friend is hopping on trest. Will be neat to see how he responds to it.
