if you go to the supplement section, i actually said i used this product an believed in it............my buddy is even using it because of my review an seen how my strength has been so good on it while cuting now an he just told me about this today at the gym, he was also in muscle mania over the week in CT...so he has been using it while prepping
ive used bio gro and pf3, i prefer bio gro all the way
