Toooo much caffeine

Kiefer in its CBL protocol advices between 400 and 800mg of caffeine in pre workout :-) and 400 post.

I try once time 400mg after workout. Impossible to sleep all the night for me (end of training 6.30PM)

The PN guys attribute the sourness of All-In to the 2gms of Citmal , seeing the Pre-Jym has 6gms of Cit-Mal how does it taste?

I went through 4 bags of All-in from RXwhey a great pre workout but not the most enjoyable to drink, and it doesnt last long before it starts smelling funky (maybe the luecine).

So good it's hard to stop drinking. No joke. My cousin also gave his wife a dose and she loved the flavor as well. I give the taste a solid 9.

I thought about buying some All-In and adding 300mg of Caffeine Anyhydrous to it, to see how it compares to Pre-Jym. That'll be my next experiment.

an i believe it, the profile is awesome on the stuff..............i guess i never bought it because its a bodybuilding.com exclusive an you only get 20 servings
