WOOHOO this mornings injection went good. not even a drop of blood came out.
i stopped taking nolva a few days ago as nipple sensitivity stopped and today i switch to .25mg arimidex eod.
any one have any suggestions on a better dose for the arimidex please chime in!

weekend at the Beach Was awesome!!! had some GREAT beers and outstanding food! only down side was the muggy weather has me breaking out a bit again. bastards lol.
TNE should be here today so that should be a good time! may or may not give it a try until i'm back from reno.

i had Rogue Dead Guy Ale, Rogue 7 hop IPA, Rogue SX Imperial IPA. if you couldn't guess already, yes i went to rogue brewery headquarters in newport!
i had a bunch of samples too but thats like 10 more to list lol

that's quite a accurate number there lol.

Yes it is a great source! and i am definitely a hop head. love my IPA's!!! and especially double IPA like Tricerahops! one of my favorites!

Charlotte has blown upo with local breweries, and Asheville, which is an hour or so away, has the most microbreweries per capita in the US. One of the breweries here, Noda Brewing, won gold medal for the IPA at The World Beer Cup. Best damn IPA ever.

in 2013 my town was #1 for breweries per capita in the US.
we have a trail with a map specifically designed for our breweries called the ale trail. once you finish the trail and get all the required breweries you get a mug or something. iv'e never done it lol
and now portland (2.5 hours away) has the most breweries per capita in the world.
