    Now I know these aren't the best pictures but I took them today at work since I kept forgetting to take them at night.
    No flexing in these photos. And I know you guys have nothing to go off of from when I started but let me tell you. I'm definitely leaner and bigger but still the same weight!
    I'll try to get better pictures up ASAP!
    And i know my tan line is majestic :-)

    Warming up the oil more before pinning made a big difference ill definitely be doing that every time now.
    no pip from my left delt pin last night.
    finally getting back into the gym tonight after the sand dunes over the weekend. will be hitting chest.

    Lol @ 60lbs to lose. I'm 205lbs.
    And I never understood the reasoning for people saying fat levels have something to do with how anabolics work.
    Fat or scrawny as Fuck it will work the same.
    And being around 16% from measurements last i checked I don't see any issue other than me getting my diet in check.

    Not true. How hormones interact with fat tissue absolutely matter. Lookup priming.

    My diet is alright I've been being very loose with it lately but I'm cleaning it up now that I've got my own place and buy all my groceries instead of eating at places.
    Honestly I've been slacking only because I've been about 205 lbs for the last 6 months or so.

    Reading through your thread not sure if you plan to stay on, you mention cruise dose

    You've cycled through enough drugs now.

    If staying on, get on 200 test/week and stay there until you see all your abs

    Now that experimenting with a bunch of drugs is out of your system and you still look like you don't lift, try experimenting in the kitchen... Like with broccoli and chicken and... Water

    I'm not trying to be a dick either but let's be real bone daddy was running shit like you at about the same fatness and how does he look? There is no point to you running this gear. Test 200 maximum or come off until you're lean.

    I first typed 80 lbs but decided to be nice. If you're 205, you need to drop to around 140 to be lean. Sure with gear you can meet in the middle. But it's a waste. Get down to 140 and then bulk on gear for better results, easier on your organs and wallet.
