So basically it's broscience I'm about to spew. But from personal experience, the fatter you get on a cycle, the less muscle growth there is. Something about the body's set points seems to decrease anabolism in muscle tissue. You are not very muscular now, but by getting lean on a low dose of test or natty before using cycle-level dosages, you can trick your body into gaining much more muscle, and fast!
If you put your mind to it you could have abs in 3 months.
Listen to longball and Weekend, they know whats up and I read there posts when I have questions. I followed their threads and employed some of their tactics with success. Nice that you are taking the info they are providing, isnt easy to hear the tough advice at times.
Strength and endurance have had a drastic increase today I am very surprised by it! Absolutely killed my chest workout!
