    Progress pics

    Thanks guys! In case anyone was wondering my gym schedule goes, starting Monday, legs, chest, back, shoulders/arms, then it repeats. So I train everything except shoulders twice a week. I don't take a rest day.

    That's how I roll too. Once you have a goal you gotta train hard to get it!
