I was bad yesterday.... I was treated to sushi by Miles and we went nuts. We went to all you can eat sushi and ate four rolls each. Doesn't seem like a lot but man I had to waddle out of there.

I was good in the early part of the day though. Stuck to my usual breakfast, lunch and snacks. Yesterday was supposed to be shoulder day but that didn't happen so today it's gonna be legs, shoulders and an hour on the stairmaster. Let's just hope I don't get sick. Wish me luck!

Started off today with just two small protein pancakes. I'm probably not gonna eat until dinner time though. I still feel super full from last night.
