    Build a better Pre-wo

    I know we did this before, but it didn't go very far.

    I'm looking to make my own Pre-wo. I'd like input and opinions on what I have so far and would also like to hear what you would find ideal.

    All doses aren't set in stone, just kind of a rough idea:

    Creatine Monohydrate - 2g
    Beta alanine - 2g
    D-Ribose - 2g
    Caffeine - 100mg
    1,3-Dimethylamylamine - 50mg
    Vitamin C - 50mg

    Also flirting with the idea of Phenylethylamine HCL and Hordenine HCl.


    Ever since the DMAA witch hunt that the FDA pulled, I can't find anything that takes me to the same place as the original Jack3d and other pre-wos of the time. I came across a raw DMAA source and want to build my own, not only because of the potency, but the price of buying raws in bulk saves a ton of cash.

    Why not maybe creatinol o phosphate? Prohibitively expensive?

    I'm not very versed on the different forms of creatine. I only know of mono and HCL.
    I would do HCL, but it always spikes my blood pressure.
    If you can bench more than you can squat, you're doing it wrong!
