Its a UA based product, so the typical benefits to muscle aquisition and fat loss will be present. They have stated though that twice a day application would be more beneficial than once, so a bottle will go fast. For whatever reason, and I haven't really heard others mention it, the biggest benefit for me was endurance. Felt like I could just stay at the gym for the day. I am not going to compare it to a PH, because it is not in any way on the same level, but it gives you a similar feeling in terms of "well I am done with my time at the gym today, I hit it hard, but for some reason I feel like I should just stay and keep going".
