Definitely never been this big/lean before... maybe because I'm coming off of a strict diet for my photoshoot, but I think the M-LMG is really working. Like I said, I lowered my trest dose (300mg every week) and I'm seeing gains + getting leaner. Lots of running + lifting, TONS of food.
For instance... second meal today:
2 PB+J sandwiches
1 Tuna sandwich (2 cans tuna on a long roll)
1 Bowl of Honeynut Cheerios
1 Cup rice (1 cup BEFORE cooking)
6 eggs
1/4 lb Bacon.
Some cheese.
All that in a 1.25 hour long meal lol
