Well everyone, I fell off the face of the earth again but now I'm back....again. I'm three weeks out, nerves are setting in, cravings are ridiculous and I find myself locked in my room more often than not. Started seeing another coach, so now I not only have my bf training me, I'm being trained by an IFBB figure competitor, Lisa Rapoza. She is AMAZEBALLS! Had leg day on Wednesday and I'm still sore. Got my bikini, just keeping up with cardio and weights, but taking a breather from weights on Sundays. Work has picked up substantially and I find myself waking up between three and four am to start my day. Wish me luck everyone, I need it now more than ever. Everyday is a challenge, but I know once I step on that stage, it will all be worth it.
