    Haha, in reality. Always pursuing leaner and bigger. Lost a decent amount of 'size', which has me more focused on leanness lately, but want the size to come back too.

    Actually, you are doing fine considering all circumstances. I think for people with any health issues is better to concetrate on short term goals, as future always holds some obstacles.

    My short term goal is to keep progressing with strength and size till the end of the year. After january i am going to do a 6 month cut and see what i have to show for myself.

    Long term get stronger and compete next spring in a strongman event at 220 lbs. at 238 right now

    210 lbs with a food belly (probably 16-17%) by new year..

    by summer 190 lbs sub 10% bf (this might be pushing it)

    long term 200 lb with 7% or 8%
