and start using the mirror as this bf measuring, too much stock put into it
ippy claimed what?10-12%, hed need to be 150 i think if he was 173 in those pics to pull it off...and hes not the only one

jmo, but 200lbs cut (15% is cut, meaning 4 defined abs,not ippy abs - 10-12% is ripped) is quite a task for most even with gear unless you are 6'1+...........please dont under appreciate how hard even that is......let alone 225 cut
Eh, perhaps I'm on the wrong note then. I've always thought you had to be under 10% to have clearly define abs, more so around 8% and under. I'm not shooting for that skin tight, ripped abs that Ippy twerks to, especially at 225. My appetite is dead right now and I cant even fathom eating to maintain all that right now. Then again......it's probably the Mono talking........

Re: What are your short and long term goals?

Short term: increase strength and maintain/increase total athleticism

Long term: 185-190 at 10% with all of the above attributes in check.

Lol I know where I stand % wise. Plus For me I think realistic isn't going to be 10%. If I can keep the internals healthy and maintain a weight for competition everything else will be fine.

I just wanted to say that I hope you didn't think I dont appreciate how long my goals will take to achieve, I do fully understand the work required, and respect the work that will have to go into it. I didn't want you to think that I just threw my head in the clouds without any sense of what it takes to get there. :]

Re: What are your short and long term goals?

If people are worried about bf% why dont they buy skin fold calipers? Not 100%, but for like $5 it gave me a reasonable estimate.

I know I just wanted to put my 2c in there. I wasn't feeling personally attacked or anything man, it's all friendly. I just think that a lot of dudes just like you do, they don't realize the work that is involved with what they are wanting to do.
