In terms of training, fitness, bodybuilding, etc... What are the goals you guys have?
My goal is to be 200 and very lean. I'm a bit over 200 right now and slowly leaning out. But I definitely don't want to drop below 200. Just wouldn't seem right, lol
I used to have very lofty goals of being lean and mean at 225+, but that's behind me now, I think.
