    What are your short and long term goals?

    In terms of training, fitness, bodybuilding, etc... What are the goals you guys have?

    My goal is to be 200 and very lean. I'm a bit over 200 right now and slowly leaning out. But I definitely don't want to drop below 200. Just wouldn't seem right, lol

    I used to have very lofty goals of being lean and mean at 225+, but that's behind me now, I think.

    Short-term: get healthy first (pec strain) and then focus on getting my squat over 700 and bench to 455-465
    Long-term: get up to 225-230 and total elite

    Short term: Lose more weight
    Long term: ideal body weight would be around 220lbs in decent shape- not bodybuilding decent though.

    personaly, I'm not too worried about results, I want to progress obviously but I dont have specific long-term goal. I want to gain overall strenght and stamina, and to put some muscle mass but not much, ideally I would like to be around 180 lb. Body fat I always try to keep under 15%.

    short term: get leaner, pretty soft right now

    long term: 250-270 and 12% or less BF. Lofty, but I have the height and frame for it.

    Yeah I'm only 5'10", I think being 8-9% bodyfat at 200 is my ideal. Your goals are lofty, but I think you can do it for sure. Just boils down to lots of food and lots of weight, yeah? haha!

    Short term: Maintain Sexiness.

    Long term: Increase Sexiness.






    Haha, in reality. Always pursuing leaner and bigger. Lost a decent amount of 'size', which has me more focused on leanness lately, but want the size to come back too.

    Currently 200lbs. Unfortunately, abs have faded away
