Weight is up 5 lbs I feel really good and healthy in this run as opposed to the the stacked phs ive run. Not as many gains but feel incredible. Def holding some water but not to bad.
Strength is up about 10 lbs on most lifts
Libido has been through the roof. That's without the sildenafil the night I used that I thought my neighbors were gonna call the cops and a priest lol
Aggression none
Acne none
Cramps none
Skin clear
Urine starting to get a lil dark.im running this at 150 so I gotta up my water.
Mood excellent.
Endurance awesome
So far so good. Nothing huge to report but I'm liking it so far. .no lethargy which I'm super happy about

Retaining a bit of water pretty bloated. I've gained 5 lbs these past 15 days about half is water. Def not the best gains I've achieved on ph but not the worst either.This would be great for a newbie to phs.
