Keep up the cardio on cycle.

If you don't do any for a while then gain 20 lbs of mass it becomes super hard. Not so if you do it like eod

I believed that cardio was not the friend of a good mass gain?

Interesting. Can you explain why cardio is so important ? To not gain too much fat I suppose?

I don't think weekend it talking about crazy cardio but just some LISS. On Treadmill a nice and easy pace at max incline and just peddling a bike at a nice easy pace with some resistance is perfect.

If you wanted to do some HIIT I'd do it after your cheat meals.

I just do LISS cardio. Karate is different, it's rather...dynamic

Karate is a sport and way more than cardio.
Your eating plenty so you should be recovering fine from any workout.

Cardio will never impede mass gain on cycle. Just don't do more than 40 minutes at any given time.

Trust me, you'll feel better about the results if you can move your body without fatigue.

Try the rowing machine too lol

And no, not for fat loss. It's for endurance and efficiency of using your new muscle. Feel free to chow down after your cardio to make up for it. It also conditions your heart to support the new mass.
