    Very amazing chest workout yesterday!

    I upped all sets with 1.5kg and I successfully finished all sets... Easily I'd say

    Test is kicking now !

    This morning :
    Weight 104.7kg
    Waist 95cm

    Waist has increased this week. However no changes in my diet... Body reacts strangely sometimes

    My left knee is very painfull since 4 days (probably tendinitis). No way to do LEG workout this afternoon

    Still no side effects. I'm stronger than usual but I don't feel like Superman or Hulk ;-)
    My left knee is less painfull but it's still difficult to do legs workout. I will try tonight.... Just a try

    With knee pain I recommend doing legs like this.

    Deadlift
    Calves
    Straight leg deadlift
    Body weight lunges till you get a burn 4-5 times, stop if painful
    Then as your last workout 3 sets of 20 of very light leg extensions, stop if painful

    Thanks for the advice Weekend but my knee is painfull and behind my knee too when I'm not warm

    I managed to do squats, leg extensions and calves with NO pain. I'm happy

    Knee is now.painfull only when it's not flexed in a good way (if you understand what I mean ;-)

    But I'm really happy. Perfs are there and it was easy
