    9th week.

    This morning was my last shot. My vials have definitely only 9cl.

    I will start my PCT in 2 weeks

    This week was hard 'cause of flu I did however all my Workouts with great perfs ! Big thanks to my cycle ;-) but did no cardio

    Result this morning
    Weight 105kg
    Waist 95cm

    My feelings are good :
    Strength UP
    Sex drive Very UP :-)

    Tendinitis is away! Great

    Bad news !

    My right Achilles tendon has broken yesterday :-(

    Surgery in 2 days and plaster for 6 weeks! My coach will have to quickly adapt my diet

    Some news.

    I had a surgery 2 weeks ago. Plaster for 3 months.
    I thought my swole dream was finished but I started upper body workout the week after surgery with no problems at all.

    I finished my 1st week of PCT today and I feel good

    I lost, of course, a bit of weight cause of the excellent and huge hospital food lol

    So now 4 workout a week. I cant do legs of course and thats terrible for me. But my 1st aim now is to keep as much as mass during this pct

    Then after, I have to cut

    Will post stats soon

    Damn brotha! Do you think the test weakened your tendons? I wish you a speedy recovery. Did you literally snap that big ass tendon in half?

    Don't think if it test., AI, not enough water or whatever

    Surgeon doesn't know. What is sure it that it's really usual after 40 for sportive men.

    According to the surgeon it's more due to.karate (very explosive sport especially for legs) than body building.

    As for.my tendon yes, completely snatched

    very sad to hear! try to consume a lot of :
    protein and a mix of HCL & mono creatine to keep your gains
    Fish oil + multivitamin to help with rebuilding the tendon
    get well soon man
