HR 4771 states:
"shall be
considered to be an anabolic steroid for purposes of this Act if--
``(I) the drug or substance has been created or manufactured
with the intent of producing a drug or other substance that
either--
``(aa) promotes muscle growth; or
``(bb) otherwise causes a pharmacological effect similar to
that of testosterone; or
``(II) the drug or substance has been, or is intended to be,
marketed or otherwise promoted in any manner suggesting that
consuming it will promote muscle growth or any other
pharmacological effect similar to that of testosterone.
``(ii) A substance shall not be considered to be a drug or hormonal
substance for purposes of this subparagraph if it--
``(I) is--
``(aa) an herb or other botanical;
``(bb) a concentrate, metabolite, or extract of, or a
constituent isolated directly from, an herb or other botanical;
or
``(cc) a combination of 2 or more substances described in
item (aa) or (bb);
``(II) is a dietary ingredient for purposes of the Federal
Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. 301 et seq.); and
``(III) is not anabolic or androgenic."

This section is what causes a lot of concern for folks in the industry

Agreed the legal aspect will be looked into first and foremost. Spoke to a few guys regarding this and thought speaking to Eric might be the best initial bet.

This bill, effectively "bans" food/protein/numerous other basic items if you want to interpret it as such. Food being the most anabolic product on earth and producing muscle gains, etc.. Monsanto..also Bovine growth hormone, used in cows, which we then consume. If this bill leaves open to interpretation to Attorneys and Judges and Court, then where does it end.Mind you I am being sarcastic to a degree..but truthfully does this bill is so broad, they can "attempt" to do anything they want.

It will take a Supreme Court Decision or someone challenging a pharmaceutical companies products that fall within this category.

Basically the bill says, we can make things up as we go and criminalize individuals as we so choose.

It was one of the very first PHs I ever used. The Strength gains were great, recoup and dry leans gains were exactly what I experienced. I saw a pic of me while on it a couple weeks back, and I was looking lean and mean (and dry). I only used 1-T that run. I gained 8#s over a 6 wks period, while dropping about 2% bf. I would potentially think about running it again… I only say this because I've gone over to the bright side, though I still take EpiandroHard while on. So I might run it after I would drop say tren, and just run it with test and epiandro hard.
