Is SALVO gone from the universe?

Obviously Iron Legion went out of business. I kind of just assumed they would sell their salvo combination to another company and it'd come back out shortly there after but I can't find it anywhere.

I feel like there's a pretty big demand for it. Not sure if it wasn't that efficient to make cost wise.

From what I've heard, its gone. There are recipes out there to make your own though.
