    Favorite Protein Shake/Smoothie Recipes?

So lately I've been on a smoothie kick. My gf of course stayed with me for a while and got me back into eating shit that actually tastes good lol

The current flavor of the day is:

    2 tablespoons natural peanut butter,
    2 scoops chocolate whey protein,
    1 tablespoon of coffee grounds,
    1/2 banana
maybe 1/2 or 3/4 cup cup of skim milk? (I just eyeball it)
    6-8 large ice cubes
Makes just shy of a quart of liquid

Got the idea from a smoothie place that is bangin. Theirs of course tastes sweeter, but I actually like the coffee grounds better than drinking coffee, and I'm lazy and don't want to actually brew coffee, stir up a shake, and hold and chew a banana...

What are your favorite protein shake/smoothie recipes? As cutting season approaches finding ways to keep the taste buds happy will make running a caloric deficit easier to maintain.

I always used to do a Strawberry Mango shake with frozen strawberries, frozen mangos, vanilla protein powder, and milk or almond milk. Super simple and tastes awesome

Good thread idea! My usual morning shake consists of:

    1/2 cup skim milk
    1 cup chilled coffee
1 scoop Syntha 6 chocolate protein powder
    1 scoop powdered egg whites
    1/4 cup dried oats
    1 tbs natural peanut butter
    1/2 frozen banana
    1/3 cup frozen blueberries
    1 tsp micronized creatine
    fill the rest with ice

This has been my go-to for a couple years now.
