Hamstrings and calves were done yesterday. Once again a brutal, brutal workout. It was all about fighting the negatives for as long as possible for every rep. The pain was legendary. I didn't keep close track of the weights but the workout looked like this
    Hammies
    Straight leg deadsx5
Laying hamstring curls (fighting negative every rep as long as possible)
Seated hammie curls (same as above)
Standing hammie curls (same as above)
    Calves
    Calve raises off leg pressx5
    Donkey x5
    Standing calvesx5
    Seated x5
The energy and thermo effect remains the same as always. Very good product
