    Phosphatidic Acid

    Has anyone tried any phosphatidic acid supps?

    Currently on 2.5 tbsp soy lecithin (high PA content) and seeing increased muscle fullness and weight is up.

    Endurance seems to be up as Im grindin out a few more reps. Mood may be better or it may be placebo.

    Keep us posted on this, I just started Soy Lecithin last night just for a Acetylcholine boost.
