I just finished my first week on EpiAndro. I have been taking minimum dosing which is 1 cap twice a day. After the first week I noticed slightly more aggression and focus in the gym and at work. I'm in the military so the aggression is ok lol.

My starting weight was between 188 and 190 lbs. Yesterday i weighed in at 184 lbs. I would guess my starting bf is around 22. I can start to see my obliques and upper abs a little more so maybe under 20 now??

I've been noticing slight increases in strength. I do 5/3/1 with a bunch of accessory and aesthetic exercises. This stuff put me in the zone enough to do 280 lbs deadlift for 15 reps and I felt that I could have done more. 455 lbs is my record dead but I've always sucked at the endurance part.

I am going to increase my dose to 1 cap in the am and 2 in the afternoon for the second week then move to full dosing for week 3. I need to order another bottle because i definitely want to run this for 8 weeks. I also need to find a good pct. Suggestions would be appreciated.

Ultimate Orange (of course)
Compound 20 from USP Labs
Liv52

I don't take a lot of supplements because I honestly don't like having to pay for something that may not work. I will by Ultimate Orange for as long as it's out. That stuff is the best.
