Yesterday was killer shoulder workout. The pump was so intense it was painful.loving this product so far
    Shoulders
    Seated bb military press
    135x12
    155x10
    175x8
    205x6
Incline bb front delt raises(stopping just before it hits waist for constant tension)
    60x10
    65x10
    70x8
    70x7
Db side delt raises into db front delt raises
    35 x10 ea
    40 x10 ea
45x8ea (this is where the pump was ridiculous, torture)
30 ea til failure even partial reps at the end til I could know longer move the db
Standing cable rear delt cross overs
    60x10
    65x10
    70x9
    75,65,55,35 til failure dropset
Rear delt bent over flyes (light weight baby, controlled super hold at peak)
    40x14
    50x14
    60x8 (pump)
    60x7
    Straight bar shrugs
135x20 (2 sec hold at top on all sets, reps)
    225x14
    275 x10
    135 til failure
As usual I take this primarily as a pre booster for the focus effect.works pretty good seems some days better than others but it def helps my mood through the day
