I haven't bought Kava in root powder yet. Have some caps from Gaia Herbs. Pricey but I bought em because I've found Kava delays ejaculation time for me. Probably lowers sensativity. I've also used Kava Candies and Yogi Kava tea.

I find it feels similar to benzos. The caps being the best so far.
