    Felt great today! Lots of energy, great stamina. That 800 is one matt less then I did 2 weeks ago. And considering I was using an old suit over some borrowed briefs I feel good about it. I paused it on the stands before standing with it. used the wide leg press to stretch out my hips. Give them some work. Just feeling good, much better then last week.

    two = + 120 approx x 2 for being on each end = 240 extra lbs of resistance at lockout

    Came into today wanting to make up for missing last thursdays deadlift session due to work. Also my hip feels a little tight so I didnt want to squat to a low box. Wound up having one hell of a day on the deadlift. And no torn callous so was able to get a full workout in. All in all I feel great considering the amount of work performed. Feel it in my lower back mostly.

    So for starters the 315 x 10 is something I didn't plan on doing, but for damn sure felt good! Followed that up with some hanging band work. Went up to 425 for a double. The accessory work was more to get blood flow across the chest and keep blood flow going. Surprising strength, but I'm not complaining! Soon I'll start back into my geared lifting. Have to pick a shirt to start working with.

    I'm nothing special.. yet. Your numbers will go up! Just takes time, effort. Keep form whenever possible and you'll find you're less injured which allows more growth and longer periods of solid training.

    Wanted to get back on my normal rotation so I deadlifted again (light) To make sure I didnt over do it I tried some sumo stance work. To hit the legs and hips at a different angle.

    went to rep out with 225 but felt my callous start to tear so backed off.

    Not a bad day, but I dont like sumo. Its not something I try often. Maybe once every 4 months or so just to try it. The goal wasnt to move heavy weight. Actualy it was the opposite of that. The goal was to get some stimulation and still be able to squat sunday. Felt really fatigued. Starting next week we're going back to sun / tues / thurs split.
