    Quick update, feeling much better. Have noticed my sleep has been somewhat erratic the last couple of days, nothing thats going to cause an impact on my performance when training. Also still have alot of tension in lower back so my lady came over and rubbed some bio-freeze in which helped me loosen up quite a bit.

    Our first time using our new setup. We have jack stands that we had sleds welded to the feet of se we can pull the stands out of the way. Resulted in an increased amount of time holding the 600lbs and a full range movement. Was also my first time back in my deadlifting suit since the meet. Fits much better at this bodyweight.

    Sorrow, do you use a cpap? Your pretty big and would benefit from it I think.

    Honestly no, I haven't looked into cpap.

    No training today, actualy had my graduation to go to. I went back for a Bachelors in management last year and finished it up with honors so today was a non training day. Ill be back at it tuesday.
