Not worth the money. There's scientific potential there, but oral bioavailability is EXTREMELY poor.

Probably does something, but barely noticeable in the short term. I bet after a year of consistent use you'd see more results than if you didn't use them.

I've found that many of these herbal supplements are minimally effective for hormone levels but are very good for your health due to the fact that they are packed with vitamins and minerals
