    • Fungacides like propiconazole (which happens to be so strong scientists
    have investigated it as male contraceptive)
    • Fish (farmed fish is even higher in heavy metals than wild caught)
    • Most tap water supplies
    • Household cleaning agents
    • Cookware
    • White Flour
    • Deodorants
    • Pharmaceuticals

    This is just the stuff that people get in their system a couple times a day. There are also dietary sources.

    What is the recommended way to stay hydrated?

    Between not drinking tap water and not drinking water stored in plastic bottles what works best for you?

    Also, how can I maintain some consistency in the routine of dht<pct<t boosters? I feel great on t boosters and first two weeks of dht but then feel like garbage for a few weeks. I seem to come back stronger each time but it's frustrating to deal with the "crash" that I feel at the end of the dht and beginning of pct.
