Just read a study showing mct oil increases Gh output.

I train fasted using all-in from Rxwhey. I get home and I'm going to do 40grams protein and 1.5 tablespoons of mct oil. Then I'll keep from eating for 2 to 3 hours (peak Gh after the mct is 2 hours iirc).

Then before bed I'll do the same. Maybe I'll notice increased fat burning... Might as well try it out.
