I like bulbine quite a bit. It's in my herbal cycle.

It controls estrogen also. There is a sweet spot in dosing it. Too much isn't always better.

do you use it as a single herb or branded?

I used single. I got it from barlowes herbal elixirs. It felt potent. I cycled it taking a different herb daily and would take byline once a week. Bulbine day was fun. Was also good to stack with other herbs if I decided to take two herbs each day instead of one but does great as a standalone
