Boron and Sorghum in morning protein shake

I've been taking whole grain sorghum and chopping it up into a fine powder to mix in my morning protein shake. I figure if people can do it with oats, why not do it with a gluten-free grain that has been shown in studies to increase 5-AR enzyme expression over 50 percent.

I've been doing my morning boron with it as well.

The sorghum is still a bit gritty, but no worse than chopping oats yourself. Just an idea if anyone else wants to try it.

Whole grain sorghum is $3 a bag over at Swanson's.

Do you notice anything from this?
Total Male Optimization "People who say it can't be done shouldn't interrupt those that are doing it"

Nothing negative. Probably too early to make a definitive assessment, but cheap and totally worth it based on the research.
