    Tips for drying out?

    I'm midway through my cut. Going to be going to some beaches in about a week. I'm cut enough and finally have enough size to where manipulation will make a nice difference. Does anyone have diet/training pointers for how to dry out as much as possible in this amount of time?

    Low (micro) dose letrozole. .012 mg per day has worked for me

    Or you could do some kind of DHT compound such as androhard

    If I were you though I would just go on a paleo/carb back loading diet and not mess with anything else hormonal.

    Some things that dry you out lower your libido and cause other issues that you don't need at the beach
