Help please...gyno...shut down

I was told Aromatase inhibitors could heal gyno so I took them for a year straight waiting for them to work.

It didn't work at all to cure the gyno and now I can't get erections since a month after I started taking it. Then when I stopped taking them I got really bad acne and still have no erections 6 months later.

What should I do? I'm concerned I may have messed up my body's receptors. I think I got the erectile dysfunction from too low of estrogen and acne from estrogen rebound but now I can't understand why I still have no erections

Step one is blood test.

Is the gyno from a cycle or puberty?

Estrogen rebound is a possibility. I think you're right about too low of estrogen causing erectile dysfunction. Not sure why it hasn't come back by now?

Definitely test for E2, total T, free T, LH, and FSH as well as the comprehensive blood analysis.

Other members: what else should he test for? The gyno could be prolactin related so you may want to test for that.
